Assisting Senior Managements in the supervision of their transformation programmes and of the associated human implications ensures attainment of the financial and operational objectives of the programme and control of its risks.
Close coordination of the stakeholders and of supervision of all the projects (financial, operational, organisational, social/HR, legal and communication) is key to the success of a project.
